Usyk. He is the only one who seems “out of place” with his movement, technique and work rate in the division he is in. Everyone else on the list is “wow, he is good”. Usyk is the only one who is “wow, he moves and works like a guy from several weight classes below”.
Loma is the most skilled along with Bud and Inoue but Usyk is the best fighter around. That’s why Usyk will be remembered as the CW goat and one of the best 200 pounders in the century.
Oh you mean the same Salido who was stripped of his title, because he came into the fight 20+ pounds over the limit. And weighed in as a Welterweight in a fight scheduled at Featherweight ? Not to mention the 100 low blows he was allowed to get away with by a corrupt referee ? Yeah a very fair fight.
