I agree. Cotto's a warrior all right. He just doesn't get beat up enough to be in Gatti's league. Miranda, Litzau, and Arce on the other hand...
who you kidding man???...watch the pac-em fights...pac made a lot of back peddling in there...he even knock down em backing up in their third fight atsch
What, and Cotto does? Blood and guts warriors aren't invincible. They can be forced to backpedal at times not by choice but because of an aggressive attack. You're telling me that in Gatti's 3 fights with Ward, he was never pushed back on the ropes? Don't be ridiculous. You just sound like another Pac hater to me.
you said it yourself dumbo..."never takes a backward step" and pac fits that description as you said...im not hatin...im just telling it as it is...:yep
Maybe, or Katsidis. Pacquiao has already taken the title of most entertaining fighter in the sport. 95-98: Gatti 00- present: Morales, then somewhere along the line, the torch was passed to Manny.
Cotto's fight with Torres was on the level of Gatti's 2 most exciting fights: Robinson I and Ward I. Chavez had plenty of skills. Gatti may have not been the most skilled or gifted but he wasn't exactly devoid of skills, either.
John Duddy - not the best skill in the world but a tough guy. Wether he can become a 'gatti type' remains to be seen.
