Vitali struggled with slick, technical boxers the most. Therefore, Ali, Holmes & Fury will likely be his toughest opponents stylistically. Next were skilled, technical big men with power. Bowe & Lewis fit that bill. Even guys like Golota, Bruno, Ibeauchi & even McCline would probably give him some problems.



Followed by that was the skilled aggressive pressure fighter. Someone like Frazier, Tyson. If Chisora can give him fits, then Frazier & Tyson most definitely can. Lastly is the slugger. Crude sluggers weren't problematic for Vitali so he has the easiest time with them. However, I think Foreman is the only one to give Vitali problems. While he could be crude & sluggish, he had a good jab, good footwork & could be economical when necessary. So that's the order in which Vitali fares against different styles.

 

I'd say Fury. just as big/bigger and I'd argue has a more well rounded skill set.

 

Not with the slick technical boxers he fought in Donald, Bean, Soils, K Johnson and even the Byrd fight where was fighting with a torn shoulder.

 

Ali and Holmes would give him a big schooling for starters.

 

Donald was unranked washed up contender from the 90's.
Solis lost twice to old Tony Thompson. Kirk J was c level plodder.
Thinking about it, Tony Thompson with his size reach southpaw awkward skill makes Vitali look terrible. Good chance of a vitali loss in that one

 

K Johnson as in Kevin Johnson. Soils lost his 0 to Vitali. Sure there is a good chance he'd lose to Thompson

Fury among others would certainly be a bad matchup for him.
