Haha that was great!!I just took it as a bit of a laugh, people going in to it too much. Khan's answer was a bit the only one close to being serious but was still light hearted and Froch was blatently joking. Also Froch has always said he isn't a huge fan of boxing, he loves to box not watch boxing.

 

Bit disrepesctful from Khan. Hatton and Froch were bound to say Witter and Calzaghe but Khan saying Koltelnik? WTF?

 

Khan probably felt he needed to come up with a current world champion..... in a similar weight class.

Bearing in mind he is basically a light welter masquerading as a lightweight..... Kotelnik was the obvious choice based upon their respective styles.

Secondly my response that you quoted was in response to a statement that wXh had made about Khan so mentioning about Froch or Hattons choices would have been out of context.

When replying to someone it is important that you stick to the same subject and are both talking about the same thing or it leads to confusion.

First of all, thats a stupid question. Really. Bad journalism. Ask who's the best, not the worst. Because then, you put the fighters in a situation where they have to disrespect a champion. And, being the fighter, i would not have answered that one and tell the journalist about his stupid question...
