    Common sense

He won't benefit in anyway by getting half-killed by Martinez, he will get a beating worse than Meldrick Taylor got from his father

LOL, the same people who claimed Chavez would get beat by the first decent fighter he faced, now want him to face Martinez and are claiming he's ducking him.:rofl

How is he ducking him? I think it is plainly clear that he is not yet ready, perhaps needs 2 more fights before he is even close to being so.

Chavez is still quite inexperienced and improving, why throw him to the lions? Let him fight some other decent contenders, build a world class resume and pair them a bit down the line when it might be more competitive.

If they were the 2 best Middle's in the world I'd understand your accusation, but lets be honest, Martinez destroyed Williams and Pavlik, Chavez just and no more outpointed Zbik. One is a pound for pound star, the other has just become a contender. They are not yet in the same league.

If Martinez wants a dance partner he could give Golovkin's people a call. Don't think they would be too keen though.
