    Boxing HIERARCHY is ultimately to blame for not already being current with all other major sporting events.

    Mayweather deserves some shame for questioning Paquiaos possible usage,but he should not have to, the f*****g HIERARCHY should take care of it.
    Paqiao deserves shame for not eliminating any doubt by taking any test that Mayweather agrees to take.
    The boxing commisions need to step up and make random testing a normal part of the sport like all other world class events

    Need a poll option for both boxing as a whole did not ruin this and each fighter is to blaim one guy on his own is not fully responsible just as neither guy is free of blaim
