Both to an extent but I feel that Pac should submit to the testing seen as what is at stake. He could impose his own sanction on Mayweather as to the gloves he uses - kinda like De La Hoya did.

pacquaio was hastened to agree to the conditions by arum. he even threatened pacquiao that if he did not agree on a march date that it would look like floyd won without throwing a punch. i doubt, if they were even to explain to pac how this "olympic tyle testing works." and who knows what are the terms that arum proposed to pac when he went to the philipppines. it was just stated by schaefer that "they agreed and backed out". negotiation was not even finalized yet so pac has the right to question anything he doesn't understand. so would you like one fighter to come in weak before a fight because he was mentally affected by something that is required in a contract?

Oh, LukeO nice to see that you are still giving mouth love to manny pacquiao.

anyways, Bob Arum is at fault. The guy didn't want the fight to happen, he said it, and then he mailed in his performance during negotiations and the second they found something they didn't really agree with, they ran.

I tend to agree with this to an extent as well. Even while Arum's step-son was still negotiating with GBPs behind the scenes to try and make the fight, Homotional Bob was making grand statements to the press about how the fight was already dead and then throwing out Malignaggi's name to prove the point.

I'm pretty sure if Bob really wanted to make the fight he could have convinced Manny to random blood tests up until an agreeable date before the fight (say 14 days, for example). It was pretty clear that Arum got on his high-horse and stopped negotiating out of spite. I guess when you are 78 years old, you get a bit cranky and the money doesn't seem to matter anymore. Too bad he doesn't care about the fans that have made him a millionaire after all of these years.

Im really starting to not just question him and PEDs but now if he is cherrypicking or not.....no matter what any of you *******s say its his fault the fight is not signed already because you all know damn well if that was him asking floyd and floyd said no yall be callin floyd a lil ***** who keeps ducking....but the worst part is he doesnt want to fight FMJ so he moves the to 154 to try and win another world title but not against the best 154 pounder paul williams but against a new WBO champ in Yuri Foreman....why is that?

Pac must be thinking that having another belt on his waist is good for his legacy. Its Pyschology. Also, you forgot that its not Pac who said this. Its Roach

Now tell me where you seen this at? because if im not mistaken they agreed on a 50/50 split, floyd wanted 10oz and pac wanted 8oz and floyd agreed to it, and floyd eventually said it doesnt matter who does the test as long as they are random and pac still kept sayin no

Like always the truth is somewhere in between.

    Both are to blame.

I am very aware of this...But ESB posters don't feel very comfortable attacking someone that "Looks-like" Malignaggi.

So when blood testing becomes mandatory, Pac will have to retire then. What if blood testing was already mandatory? What would've been of Pac? I know, he could've been a movie star! :-(

Do you realize how stupid the idea of feeling weakened before a fight sounds? Especially when they are only removing minuscule sized amounts of blood. Being weight drained is more of a valid excuse than a small amount of blood loss.

valid points. :good but the thing is, it's not, so technically he doesn't have to.

fears, phobias or whatever else people call it is psychological. it ****s up the mind and until we've walked in that person's shoes we really can't speak for them can we? rephrase - i know i wouldn't.
