He can say anything he wants but the fight is not signed and Floyd has never fought a prime great fighter and Pacman has.

Pacquiao has never fought at Welterweight in his life, so maybe hold off proclaiming him the best :yep. He is a fraud.

I agree with what you said, but Floyd does not really want a big challenge like other greats have. Something is lacking in his motivation a little. He just wastes people's time. It has been a dissapointing 2 months of talking with Floyd and Manny and no fight was signed. If they wanted it they could have had the fight. Fact is what ended this fight for March 13 was Floyd and the blood tests, regardless of Manny not wanting Olympic style testing and then the give and take after. Bottom line is Floyd's request is what started the downward spiral to no fight.

Actually his skills are exceptional and I have said so. If he fought Pacman I picked Floyd to win, but something in Floyd does not have confidence and he is the one who started the negotiations to be over. Just because he might beat Pacman, he has to fight him and prove it over 12 rounds. Pacman doesn't need Floyd for his legacy but Floyd needs Pacman, and for some reason Floyd does not realize that.

Eh, well he is not the only one because I and I'm sure many others completely disagree with that last sentence.

First I want to make sure that i dont favor one boxer over the other.

Second, its clear that Pac did the best thing in this argument. He said he will make any test and follow all the rules of the nevada administrator. As it is suppose to be. Mayweather asked for something that never happened before for whatever reason he decided to.Theres no fight in the world that such a demand is made. So in my opinion, Mayweather is at fault for asking something like that. If he think the rules in Las Vegas (Nevada) are not good, i dont know why he didnt ask for this a long time ago and why he fought over there so many times...

Floyd didn't ask for an advantage. He just said prove to me you are not on the juice. We fight in your ring, with your gloves and all you have to do is take random blood test up until 14 days before the fight. It seems like pac fans think he's jesus or something. Like it is impossible for him to be on the juice. The reality of the situation is that if you can't UNDERSTAND why someone would suspect him then your brain is suspect. I didn't say agree with the speculation that he is on roids, I'm saying that it should be fairly easy to UNDERSTAND why someone would suspect him. If you compare his fight results from the past 4 years and then look at his physical appearance (facial bone structure and head), It really isn't hard to see how someone could suspect him. Even if floyd came with his ONLY stipulation (drug testing) for the fight, you would have to be a real idiot to believe that floyd knew pac would turn down the 40 mil split. Simple as that.

Some of you all need to take your blinders off. Save the unconditional love and support for family/friends, not for athletes.

MP is more to blame but both are to blame, both had the power to save the fight & neither did so thats that in a nutshell.
