I like Kovalev,V Klitschko, Allakhierdiev, Huck, Wlodarczyk, Gradovich, Chahkiev and prospects wise I like - Lomachenko, Korobov, Shelestyuk, Rabchenko, Redkach, Spyrko, Beterbiev defo looking forward to Usyk, Mekhonstev, and Khytrov making their pro debuts
made this thread cause I get the feeling a lot of british guys on here dislike European fighters from Russia, Ukraine, etc. Whilst seemingly bum licking American fighters. I don't understand why, but I have noticed this.
Kovalev, Vitali Klitschko, Lomachenko, Usyk, Bute, Sturm, Gradovich, Lebedev are my favourites I respect and rate highly Wladimir Klitschko and Pulev but they are not always the best to watch.
Golovkin and Kovalev are really getting a lot of attention. Lomachenko is the latest to make a big hit in America, all over the world. Really talented fighter.............too many to mention, but................
Certainly don't think people in the UK dislike Eastern European fighters at all quite the opposite of the people I know that follow, train & compete. All the talk I have had has been nothing but positive Kovalev,GGG & Lomachenko especially for me. The difference is now there is a lot more TV exposure with especially investment in boxing from Eastern Europe.Russia,Ukraine having major cards German cards that always had these type of fighters on shows we now see here when didn't & the USA now realising what a deep talent pool that Eastern Europe has!:thumbsup
Never noticed either but then again I don't hate any fighters just for where they come from. GGG Kovalev and Lomachenko are among my favourites, I don't love Wlad Klits fighting skill but can find respect for him. Looking forward to Usyk tonight.
