Kovalev but I don't think the throne is big enough to accommodate his gargantuan nuts.

    Its subjective

But to me saying Mayweather is still 1 is like still having Andre Ward top 2 or 3

Neither have done **** to warrant such high placing

One - Floyd - has noticeably declined while facing very middle of the road opposition

And the other - the Irish one - is now better known as a commentator and Kovalev ducker

Golovkin and Kovalev have both fought guys at least as good as Floyd has, and have been destroying them

These two arent the future, they're the NOW

(said in a cheesy American film trailer accent)

Mayweather until proven otherwise, and I would also put everyone else on the list ahead of Golovkin as well. Rigo is proven, Kovalev is completely proven. Golovkin still has questions surrounding him

Mayweather. Hes at the end of his career and some fantastic boxers are ready to take the P4P mantle, maybe 1 more year and he will of declined enough or quit but at this moment in time its still him.

I am a bigger Pac fan than I am Mayweather, but this post is just stupid.

It doesn't surprise me coming from you, who thinks the judges shouldn't have counted Calzaghe's landed punches on Hopkins.

Why don't you tell us again about how innocent Margarito was, and the fact that old Mosley beat him from pillar to post had more to do with PEDs and not the missing plaster from Toney's gloves.:rofl

I can totally see having the Krusher as the pound for pound king, based on better recent performances.

But I also like the idea that the king should be dethroned, as long as they stay active and are beating good fighters, which Mayweather has been doing.

Though, I can remember Roy would lose his #1 ranking multiple times for a short period because another P4P fighter won a bigger fight.. Mosley, Trinidad, DLH, and I think even Hopkins at one point.

Imagine Floyd fighting GGG's comp, come on man he has not even faced a current champion yet, he is the king of vacant titles right now

Some people on this site must be casuals because Kovalev's last two opponents are better than anyone on GGG record
