Mugabi took Hagler`s punches well before collapsing after 11 rounds there was certainly nothing wrong with his chin or heart.

Haye was stopped at cruiser by Thompson who couldn`t even stop Eubank who had started at middleweight, so Eubank had a better chin at cruiser than Haye did.

Amir Khan. I really had him winning against Canelo until that last punch to the chin.

Fair enough, Hagler said he had no business being at 160 anyway, so he certainly shouldn`t have fought G-man so late in his career.

Yup, against a Clen using weight bully who was probably a stone and a half heavier than him on the night as Amir struggled to put on weight for that catchweight fight. Meanwhile Alvarez stripped it and put it back on overnight with ease.

Not on a Khan or Price level chin, but Linares disappointed me. Man, the guy has elite level skills, but damn he is fragile

Winning what? 3 rounds? So Khan was ahead by a single point.
Dude, it was only the 6th round... And Alvarez was finding his range more and more as the rounds went by.
You honestly think Khan would have won had he not been sparked?

Alvarez took control after the 4th round. He pretty much dominated the 5th round and was again in control in the 6th.

    Nigel benn
    Joe Louis
    Floyd Patterson
Joe Frazier (looked good in most his fights anyways but one shot from big George was all it took to begin the end for frazier.)
    Thomas hearns
    Roy Jones
Mike Tyson (honestly pretty good chin but not iron)
    Earnie shavers

Any of them would look unbeatable with a chuvalo level chin, If I could place that level of durability on any of them it would be Louis, he was phenomenal for me to watch and was probably the best man in boxing. Although. Imagine how terrifying earnie shavers would be if he couldnt be hurt?

Roy's chin has let me down more times than my lottery numbers. If I sired a son with a mandible section as disgustingly fragile as his (and it is absolutely disgusting with a capital D) I'd disown them and kick them out on the street

I don't think Price's chin is the real problem, it's his stamina. Let's be fair, he got stopped on his feet by Hammer, Thompson II after taking a lot of flush shots, more than Joshua took from Ruiz, who was never considered an exceptional power puncher either. First Thompson fight he got the wobbles from an eardrum shot but wasn't really concussed. Teper was roided and can punch. Povetkin KOs a lot of people, he needed three clean bombs to take out Price. It's pretty obvious his gas tank runs out and he becomes defensively vulnerable and exhausted, so it's hard to say for sure how well he can take shots. In the end it doesn't matter if the gassing issue is there though.
