    Mayweather

    It's all been planned for ages to use the pac is juicing excuse so floyd could avoid fighting pacman and try to save face.

    Probably uncle rogers idea seeing as he started the rumour a while back before this fight was properly on the cards.

    Both.

    Pac was fine with random testing, then changes his stance.

    Floyd should of compromised more despite giving into Pacquiao for much of the negtiations.

    floyd sr made mention of it and get ur facts straight...

    Pac is an idiot for not taking a simple "random" drug test...fu34 it though..i hope he fight yuri and retire cuz the sport don't need guys who cover up using ped or that won't submit to a simple drug test he know he can pass..

    Both, ultimately I guess, but Sr/Jr in the long run. Floyd brought the issue in place and didn't want to help resolve the dispute...

    fallacy propagated by fraud and his fraudettes. pac is still fine with testing but only up to 24 hours before the fight, and right after the fight.

    floyd saw his chance and took the exit as fast as he can.

    :goodLooking back on it now that it's all over I wish he wouldn't have opened his mouth..if that was the case than MAYBE Pac wouldn't have made this big of a deal over a simple random blood test...

    It's part Mayweather and part Pacquiao. Both should just stfu and give the fans, who are the ones that makes them rich, what they want..

    Both = floyd.

    I don't care what you say, you vote or say both and you just mean floyd without wanting to admit it.

    Like I said. Pac was completely fine with random testing at first, then changed his mind for whatever reason.

    Oh Yea. I mean only Floyd cause it shouldn't be Pac's fault for AGREEING to what Mayweather wanted at first, only to change his mind.
