Both resumes are overrated. But Pacquiao has the bigger names and has nabbed titles in more weight classes.

That win over a prime Barrera clearly puts Pac ahead of Mayweather.

Corrales was P4P#5 and undefeated when Mayweather beat him.

Great Post overall! A lot of people will try to ignore this post cause it makes to much sense and could ruin there case for there fighter.

In terms of ATG then I agree but at the time Mayweather beat him he was considered the best boxer in the World fighting below welterweight.

I presume that's what he's referring to when he said at their level in his prime?

    I don't think that's what he's referring to.

In terms of overall ability, Corrales ain't close to guys like Barrera and Marquez. He's not on their level.

I think Manny has the edge in terms of better resume, when Manny turned pro he didnt have the same opportunitys Floyd had, he didnt have a big time promoter nor a fathers/uncles name to stand behind....

Floyd when he turned pro had Arum behind him and HBO... and if you really want to look at it in a real sense Manny earned his place in the books the old fashion way...

his recent string of wins at Welter weight surpass Floyds wins at that weight class... and in common opponents well lets just say this... Pacquiao destroyed both of them, forget DLH we know about the weight factor and its a real bit of truth in that but Hatton.... I am sorry guys but Hatton was not shot... Floyds win did not end Rickys career here I know its a way for Floyd fans to debunk Mannys performance while over crediting Floyds with Hatton.

Truth is Hatton was in far better shape for the fight with Pacquiao and the fight took place at Hattons best fighting weight...

to me Pacquiao has the better resume....
