What you're trying to claim is every elite fighter from 2 straight decades are cherries for fmj ?

Fack man, how great do you think he was ? He probably didn't even have to train, right

This is exactly the type of babble that is mysterious to me. What you're truly saying (not sure you even realize it) is the because rocky was so much less of a talent than fmj (and so many others) and he had a much tougher time beating fighters near the bottom end of fmj opponents, somehow that should mean he gets more credit ? Seriously, come on now.

Rocky had no competition near fmj's level, non. Most know that fmj was truly too great for his own good. What you're really doing is giving a much lesser fighter more credit for having a much tougher time beating even lesser fighters.

Wow, this is more evidence that the hate is real. The better you are the more people try downgrading you.

Why, and really how does the general public get brainwashed like this. Nonsense, sad and funny all at the same time.

Everyone calls Floyd Mayweather a cherry picker because they got used to him fighting the greatest of his division and when he fought someone a little bit below that for his last fight all hell broke loose.

Floyd Mayweather took 6,910 days to have 49 proffesional boxing fights. It only took Rocky Marciano 3,110 days. So I think the winner is Rocky Marciano.

The footspeed, the Handspeed! If Conn can give Louis trouble, the mind reels at what Calzaghe can do.

Who? Calzaghe did. It's easy to win when the fighter is mentally finished.. Calzaghe ruined him and Ward headbutted him.

I couldn't care less what opinion you have regarding my post, because just about everything you type has me completely baffled, no matter what the topic is.

Yes, I think Rocky's road to 49-0 was harder, because he was less gifted and he was massively undersized at HW, having a reach that was 4" less than the one Floyd possesses.

Look at the height, reach and weight, that Rocky conceded against Joe Louis.

There is no hate, it's merely my opinion.

Against what opponent(s) and/or performance(s) of Joe Calzaghe's would indicate that he would have beaten Joe Louis?

His interpretation of the word impressive is different, and that's all there is to it.
Rocky's was more improbable, against the odds. That's impressive in its way. Nobody, literally nobody, would say Marciano was more talented than Floyd.
