There will always be questions about the Pac-Cotto fight because it was at a catchweight. Those two pounds that Cotto had to lose may have been the difference in him winning and losing.
There is no debate about what PBF did to Mosely. People can say that Mosely looked old, but he might not have looked so old if fought a less-talented individual.

Pac emphatically dominated and stopped a fighter closer to his prime in Cotto.

Floyd over Mosley because Cotto was just following in the trend of Pac's recent opponents. Stand and trade... no real mobility. Also after the beating he took from Margo, I expected a similar result in the hands of Pac. I'm surprised he lasted into the 12th.

Mosley on the other hand had intangibles Floyd hadn't seen in any fighter. Size, speed, power. I think most people were expecting Floyd to win by decision, but probably just by backpedalling and potshotting Mosley. Instead he put on a boxing clinic.
