I have no idea. Maybe because people wanted to see Pavlik KO Calzaghe? Jones-Calzaghe is a modern-day Tyson-Lewis or Ali-Holmes (so-called shot fighter -vs- current division king). I'd like to see it whatever the outcome. :good
Calzaghe has too because his style is based around his work rate....Roy has 1 punch KO power and if FASTER than every opponent he has faced......why waste energy if you dont have too?
Calzaghe's work rate isn't that bad and is MUCH better then Jones. You really need to watch the last few Jones fights. Tryng to land one punch here and there will not win you a fight when your opponent is throwing and landing much more.

Jones vs Calzaghe is a useless fight that nobody wanted until after it was signed. Now that it's signed, all of a sudden a few Calzaghe fans have come out of the woodwork claiming it's a great fight, yet most of them realize it is just another payday for JC with little historical relevance. This fight has about as much relevance as Jones vs McCallum did last decade.

he was saying that RJJ is shot because Dirrell beat Hanshaw faster & even KO'ed Hanshaw whereas RJJ didntatsch ...insinuating that since Roy couldnt beat hanshaw a C class fighter & Dirrell a C class fighter did...his logic was all ****ed up
