Pavlik never looks superb, he always looks a easy target & one punch away from being dropped. Emphasis on appearance to being dropped, injured...etc.
That being said, he is a old school tough SOB, any one that slugs it out with him has a good chance of being clobbered themselves.

His reign will be short, he takes too many shots.

It's interesting how you've missed out Miranda and Zertuche from KP's resume... looks like someone needs to take a trip to boxrec :good

I've seen some of his early fights at 166 and 169, he did look superb against some guys. All I'm saying is if he's put in against a defensive fighter with movement he will have lots of trouble. Kelly needs someone that would stand still to exchange with him, that's when he gets hurt and hurts his opponent.

Totally agree about his career being short because of his poor defense. That's how it goes with this style in boxing and it's the style majority of fans enjoy.

Forgot to add Miranda, my bad, got to edit it.

Boxrec is one hell of a site to check resumes out, thanks for reminding me.

This is about you jumping on Pavlik's ass for not fighting Abraham while sucking PBF's dick for not fighting Margarito.

Blah blah blah blah . . . does your blah blah blah proved anything? In the end you just proved my point. You are still justifying why Floyd didn't fight Margarito. This is about your credibilty boii.

You are blasting Pavlik for making excuses while you are licking PBF's ass for not fighting Margarito and justifying his excuses?

And you think your opinions are facts?

Save some face boii . . . other posters knows how to read. :hi:

Are you say a contractually required rematch with JT isn't worth mentioning? Name all the other fighters who won decisions over JT.

Are you saying stepping up two divisions and fighting an all time great isn't worth mentioning? Ya, KP got his ass handed to him, but he CHOSE that fight. He could have fought some scrub instead, but CHOSE the better fighter.

And what's with this "Lately" crap? He fought his mandatory in February, and then after 36 fights over 8 years took some time off because his wife had a baby. Is KP the first husband who ever took time off when a child was born? You ****ing guys act like that's the unpardonable sin!
