Roy Jones was pot shotting at times and then would combo a little. He hit Tarver at will to the body.

Roy won round 1 and clearly round 6.

You're right, I said you can't discount a whole round of work for one flurry.

But Im still right that you can't. It seems that a flurry that hits gloves and arms is more important the fighter in question being beaten the other 2:30 minutes.

Roy would throw then stare at Tarver and Tarver would do nothing.

Tarver did almost nothing in the whole fight except when they were on the ropes.

Most of the time it was Roy throwing shots here and there. Staring, more shots, staring, then Roy would go on the ropes Tarver throws. Then back to Roy throwing and staring.

look there is no point carrying this on i just watched the fight twice i don't agree with you, the main thing i disagree with is you saying jones won the fight easily even if you score the fight for jones it certainly wouldn't be an easy win as he looked tired and only won the last two rounds with any real authority.

When I mean easily. I mean clearly in this sense.

Most rounds were very easy to score. And it was clear Roy Jones fight.

I do not think anyone hates him. Just nothing outstanding about him. The best thing he ever did was beat Jones and he was in a Rocky movie.

His big mouth and the fact that apart from beating Roy when he was on the slide he has never been in a fight where he has delivered what he said he would. Most of his fights are tedious 12 round affairs and after 5 rounds i could not give a **** who wins them i just wish i had it on sky plus so i could fast forward to the next fight.
