First of all I agree the injury is bullshitt, but I understand the purpose, and I'm sure his camp is not the only one in on it.

First before we go there, name 1 fighter in the tourney who hasn't bitched or fought to get the advantage. This here is the BUSINESS of boxing, sports in general generates to much money so get used to it, and **** how it used to be back in the days this is how it is now.

Everybody knows Dirrell vs Ward is the big ticket fight so why waste it early? You let Dirrell sit out a few months and then face the winner between Froch and Abraham, I'm pretty sure Showtime as well as a lot of us thinks he can beat either of them in the tourney.

All Ward has to do is Wait for the fighter who squeezes himself into the next round and beat him, and then what do we have

    Ward vs Dirrell championship
2 Americans, 2 former Olympians who both metaled

    Great smiles, good friends

Charge 60 bucks and everybody win$$$$$$$$$$.

By the way if for some reason one or both of the lost they could still sell the fight after the super six and still charge 60 bucks

I know I would pay to see it.

By the way I'm pretty sure showtimes in on it, I'm sure they have some term in the contract where a fighter who claims an injury has to be confirmed injured by a personal Doctor and a doctor that represents showtime.

Ward is such a bad liar " I was shocked when I heard it" lmao good try

Not saying I agree with it, but it's business. Super six was setup to allow showtime to compete with HBO the Fans come second

By the way it's no such thing as a throw back fighter, all the old fighters that fought everybody for peanuts are broke, the only ones that have money are the ones who licensed their names allowing them to sell their brand.

    1. Racism. Talented black fighter beating up white fighters making them look stupid, gets illegally fouled, must be faking because he is a black talented fighter.

    2. American. Black American schooling Europeans, thus generating alot of hate from Europeans because they found out their what they thought good fighters werent that good and were getting beat by young guys barely out of their prospect days.

    3. Its a combination of these 2 factors mostly. Dirrell gets called a coward, Ward gets called a cheater, it never ends. Talented superior black fighters will always get this kind of hate. Think Roy jones and Floyd. Especially if they are slicksters and not brawlers, but not always, Ward likes to bang and he's still hated.

And I agree Ward vs Dirrell is definitely a match to be promoted later. They are easily 2 of the 3 best super middleweights in the world and still incredibly young and not near prime.

Oh and that brings me to 4.

    4. They want to see the 2 black kids beat up on one another so one can be called overrated after the fight.

Because people believe he's faking a neurological problem to pull out of a fight? That is ****ing low in anybodies book,

    it turns out that he
    is putting it all on.

It has nothing to do with him being black or American. **** off with that **** and stop trying to troll and be an instigator. Useless ****.

you can look at it 2 ways.if dirrell bitched out then so did kessler.when i heard kesssler was out because of and eye socket i said bs, the mofo just wants to keep his belt and not lose again.and i said the same thing bout dirrell, he dont want to lose again and they could not come to terms on whos backyard to fight in.but i dont need 2 or 3 yrs of the super six to determine ward and direll was the best boxers at 168.

go to 3 mins and listen to him

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59OtUXszsUE&feature=player_embedded[/ame]

baring in mind he is talented boxer, I won't say fighter as he isn't, but ever since his running tactics against Froch to that joke in the Abraham fight then the Halle Berry Oscar performance after he woke up just riles people.

Then to top it off that bull**** interview on fightcamp - the guy is lying through his teeth, so are his camp.

IF dirrell is faking he deserves all the crap he will get, anybody who pulled this type of stuff would get it too!! Maybe he just doesnt want another loss on his record, hes not happy about something so it looks like he may have bailed out, great warrior spirit right there

Other fighters bitched, but they got on with it.

Dirrell vs Ward is not the big ticket fight. If anything the problem is that neither is big enough of a draw to generate enough cash to lure those ****ers into the ring.

    This thread has AIDS.

    MichiganWarrior has AIDS.

Yeah buts the difference between people with bias because of race and natonalism and regular people.

I didnt question Kesslers injury, whatever he's a fighter still deserves respect. Dirrell might actually have nuerological problems and his injury is flooded with accusations of him faking, even though we actually saw the act go down.

I certainly wouldnt question it. I watch the Griffin vs Roy Jones fight and it looks weird. And Roy is one of my all time favorite fighters. But when you see how Griffin just falls on his dome you cant question it. You know what a knocked out fighter looks like. Dirrell wasnt faking it.

But again, if you wanna see the hypocrisy, Dirrell is called a coward because he "runs" something Roy and Floyd have been accused of, basically penalized for their superior athleticism and ability to get out of the way of punches.

However Ward does nothing but stay in the danger zone and is called dirty. And boxing is racist as hell. Nothing you can do about it as Larry Holmes once said.
