Defo think Peter not being there had an effect, Peter even said himself on twitter. He didn't look at good as he did the Johnson fight, but still got the job done so major credit to him. Great fight.

We should see the improved Fury next time out with Peter.:thumbsup

He showed heart getting off the canvas and knocking out Cunningham (who gave it his all) convincingly. Fury is entertaining but still is work in progress. I doubt he fights Pulev next- the loser of Wilder/Harrison may be his next fight.

Boxing needs characters like Fury to bring entertainment to the sport.

He is not one of those fighters that just brings excitement outside of the ring, he also does it inside of the ring. Last night was a poor performance against a fighter he should have dealt with without having to taste the canvas, but in the end he has a KO win and moves onto the final eliminator for the IBF.

because he's just not good, protected and delusional believing his own pish...

and just because he believes it, the bought and payed for media try and sell us off another mediocre poor excuse for a champion, doesn't mean we the public (well informed ones that is), have to buy it.

fight some other S-HWs near your own size Tyson who can punch and watch how quickly we'll never see you again.

and he/they know this, average at best!

    yes they do.

He got schooled and almost stopped by a guy 40lbs and half a foot smaller than him, oh he's also almost 40 years old and damaged goods.

If this is the best you brits have then I suggest you keep them over there and stop embarrasing yourselves.

First Price gets ktfo by an american so called "bum" by you guys, now Fury almost ko'd by a small weak old man, try harder, Brits.

Fury was clearly anxious and made may fundamental errors, which he will learn from.

The most worrying thing for his future opponents is that here is a man who gets back up off the canvas when he gets hurt. If he can work on his defence and mental focus he will be very hard to beat.

I'm a fury fan but I have to admit last night was a terrible performance by him. He was made to look a right arsehole when he was dropped after his behaviour in the first round. He beat a cruiser weight last night lets not forget, Cunningham was tiny compared to Tyson.

People saying his chin is the second coming need to wait and see how he reacts to being hit by someone his own size to test his beard.someone like Haye would have knocked last nights Tyson out with relative ease.

As said on another thread. Fury has world class guts and heart but only domestic class boxing ability.

" I got caught..." yes you did.

and so did Price, who's ear was damaged and caused him unbalance & inability to get upright proper. Now will you give him the honest recognition Tyson. No you'll just say I got up and came back to win. yes and good for you. But you didn't suffer an injury when you got caught, Price did.

    David Price KTFO Tyson Fury!!!

  15. Its great to see such a huge heavyweight moving fast and letting his hands go, very rarely do we see that nowadays. It was an exciting Heavyweight fight that I'm sure the casuals enjoyed.
