    Not the most skilled but the most accomplished fighter of the decade, hence him getting the award.
    Regardless on your choice or mine in this argument though the guy is not a bad boxer or not deserving of the hype.

    that fight was 13 years ago. pac was getting outboxed by sasakul, | 64-70 | 64-69 | 65-68, before KHO. hes been fighting mexicans ever since.

    because those were the best fighters and it made the most sense, besides that, ledwaba,hatton,cotto,mosley,clottey are not mexicans.
    Nat campbell isnt slick and pac was cherrypicked to 147 by oscar before that fight could happen.
    He choose to fight morales to avenge his loss and was at 130 at the time while raheem was at 135 he then lost to freitas and faded away when he got ktfo by funeka.
    the only guy that can have a claim is guzman, floyd created roadblocks and went on vacation after he lost his urge (plus that fight might still happen).
    In the end the guy hasnt got a reputation for ducking.

    scores don't matter when you knock your opponent out. Sasakul still had a long way to go. Championship fights are 12 rounds not 6.

    guzman, fight me, nah, nobody would be interested in that fight, arum and pac. arum, high risk, low reward

    if u r the best, u should not be afraid to fight anybody no matter who the opponent is

    also he ducked mosley after he beat margarito. roach nah mosley u r too good
