Hey but at least he didn't wait to fight these guys after they have been beaten like ..Like Gatti ,Like Judah ,Oscar ,Mosely ,Ortiz and now Cotto while claiming to be the best .. I guess Floyd fans get fooled by the names as opposed to where they are in their careers :hey
You can pick anyone's apart. But you won't fighters with the calibre of the aforementioned fighters on Floyd's "P4P" resume. What were your opinions on Roy's fights vs Frazier & Telesco etc? Did you think they were disgraceful mismatches?
I'm no Floyd fan, however his wins dwarf Roy's. So Floyd fought some faded champions, who hasn't. Roy actually fought faded nobodies, while calling himself #1.:rofl That's the difference.
Had DM gone lost 7 er I mean 20 pounds of muscle in 8 months at 35?? It prooves that he wanted the fight dumbass! Lennox wanted it until the Vitali fight. He ducked every puncher of his era because he was scared. Then he tried to fight Lewis and Tyson, who were feather fisted and weren't a risk. I don't give a **** how bad Tommy's chin was. He was agreat fighter! I don't care how bad Roy's was. What difference does it make? Ha your last paragraph is hillarious! Yeah Lebedev, Green and Johnson were more dangerous than Toney and a 16 and a half stone heavyweight who knocked Holy down.

Just start a thread asking, Did Roy only cut 7 pounds coming back for Tarver? Look at the photo's. Look at the video that's just been uploaded. Oh wait a minute.. Roy's ****ing lying right? He must have imagined doing nothing but run for months and months to just to lose the 7 pounds?
The Frazier one without a doubt. That **** was embarrassing! How the hell did he end up being the no1 contender? Look mate, I know Roy fought Bums! We all know he did, but he also fought some good fighters, that get overlooked. I'm done for today, I'll be back tomorrow. Regards, Loudon.
You can try and rationalize how 193 to 186 is 20 lbs all you want, the weigh-in results tell the story. As soon as you realize that no fighter actually loses muscle and fat weight to get to the limit and that the 10 lb difference between weigh-in and fight night are the result of sweating out water weight, you will realize how stupid you sound. The only person claiming that it was 20 lbs is Roid. The numbers tell an entirely different story and you can take that to the bank. So does him saying that he wanted Benn make that a Fact? He said lots of things, he didn't do any of them. Hearns proved his greatness. He went out of his way to make the biggest fights happen and win or lose, he went out and performed as a Champion should. Glass Jaw Jones cannot say any of the same for himself. Ruiz was a Feather Fisted fat slob. A complete joke. The fight itself was a joke that I can't see anybody ever subjecting themselves to viewing again. Jones barely broke the double digits for punches thrown in some rounds, it was atrocious. I don't even rate that as an impressive accomplishment because that belt meant **** all and Ruiz can't fight nor can he punch.
this is true. Back then Joe was basically covered less than Nathan Cleverly, basically a minor champ, then suddenly 10 years later you hear about this Lacy and Kessler at the end of his career and those decent performances and the hype machine did the rest. By 2008 he'd overnight become a 'legend'. I was suprised to learn that he actually beat even the stand-in replacement Eubank, the first time I rated him as decent.
Roy Jones had all that he had as a pro, when he was fighting as a teenage amatuer. Don't know if you've seen him at that point buddy. Obviously he was still developing and his physical attributes got better, but you could see from watching him that out of this world speed and solid power were there for him. I'm not an expert on Roids, so my opinions don't really hold any weight. I've never taken the time to research the RJJ and Richard Hall thing but I do understand that Halls test results came back twice as high as were Jones's already illegal levels. To me that suggests faulty testing more than anything. Hall had the testosterone levels of a damn horse. The weight cut is clear in my eyes, it hurt Jones. Metal Mandible is a clever guy, writes his arguments out very well and leaves little room for rebuttle with the way he structures his sentances, but the bloke has an agenda IMO. Probably two or three alts too. Chris Byrd was damaged by his weight cut. Roy Jones too, it's similar circumstances. Roy Jones natrual weight at around about his LHW reign was about 185. He fought Ruiz at just over or just under 200lbs, I forget. (The weigh in weight for Ruiz was false, the HBO scales were faulty. The sweet science documentary proves this.) He put on size and muscle, altering the chemical flows in his body. When he came back down in weight he altered them again and paid a dear price for it. Weight fluctuation is good for nobody, especially when dealing with solid muscle. He was also 34/35 so not exactly a young athlete.
yeah i understand that having seen him in the olympics. was he caught with roids before or after he made his way to heavyweight? if he took them to help him put on weight it doesn't even matter to me, he had no business in the heavyweight division like you said it killed him! metalmandicunt is a ****, nuff' said.
I am glad that you can see the intellect behind my posts, but the bit about me having alts is bull****. You can have a mod investigate this if you want, but I can assure you that I do not need multiple accounts to post my opinion, which I will continue to do whether people like it or not. If I start e-fellating Glass Jaw Jones does that mean that I will be an alt of Loudon or Imperial1? Also, I have heard this garbage about Ratner not ad******g the scale more than once, but even if it is true that still leaves Jones at no higher than 199 which means that we are talking about him now having to lose 13 lbs over the course of 8 months. That is not an outrageous weight cut and neither does it explain his Glass Jaw, which has been present throughout his entire career.
