Struggle? The guy almost guy knocked out but the referee let him tie his shoes.:lol: How well he fought against Mayweather? Were we both watching the same fight? My memory might be a little hazy since I haven't watched that fight since 09, but from what I remember Mayweather won almost every round while Hatton kept blindly rushing in getting countered. Mayweather calls every opponent after he beats them one of his toughest opponents he's ever faced, he did it to Guerrero, Mosley, etc. Mayweather's only KO's at welterweight were to Hatton and a sucker punch by Ortiz.. Says a lot about Hatton.

Also, the only reason Lewis said he was British was due to the amount of money and fan base he would generate from there. The Canadians weren't fully gonna accept him since they already had a heavyweight in Ruddock, and the Brit's were in desperate need of a champion. They even shunned Lewis and called him Canadian when he first started until he started winning.. Camacho was born in Puerto Rico yet the Ricans don't accept him because he was raised in the U.S, and he claims to be Puerto Rican. See my point?

This was from the WBC,WBA, IBF and WBO and/or most of the major boxing organization...

Good question. I made a thread a few years ago before one of the big crashes. The total over all tally of current(at the time) was 300 or so boxing champions for the USA, around 200 for Mexico and Puerto Rico a good distant third with around 50-60 champions. The kicker was that out of the 300 or so USA boxing champs, 90 or so were Mexican American like Danny Lopez, Danny Romero, Vargas,ODLH etc..

The first six were close. I had Mayweather winning rounds 1, 4 and 6 while Hatton won rounds 2, 3 and 5. It was, however, close enough that the case could have been made for Mayweather to have won rounds 2 and 3 as well. After round 6 Mayweather runs away with it. Mayweather was clearly the better fighter but Hatton was not dominated from the opening bell.

I do see your point but I dont see where its relevant to what Lennox Lewis thinks of himself. Lennox has never claimed to be solely British or solely Canadian, he claims to be both, so why are you trying to say that he cant do that? Why, when he possesses citizenship in both countries, are you trying to say that only one is allowed to claim him as theirs? Britain has just as much claim to him as Canada does.

    How is that a "kicker"??

How many of Britains champs were Afro-Caribbean British? Like Eubank,Benn,Bruno,Lewis
    ****stani-British like Khan
    Yemeni British like Hamed

Are those.the "kicker" in the British stats?

    Those guys are British. period.

De La Hoya and Vargas were American. Period.

give the list of British fighters that got exposed when they stepped up to fight an American?
i'll give you the much, much bigger list of Brits that smashed the Yank into pieces.

i do hope you take the "bait". i'm up for a laugh and giving the facts.

nothing will change the fact that Lewis is British. nothing. but i can see why you'd not like that fact because you're still sore about all the Yanks that he kicked the **** out of. keep on being bitter you sad waste of fresh air. :p

i suppose you accept that African Americans are not American then? or is it different when it's turned around on you?

why did Lewis have a glass jaw? because he was stopped twice? do Tyson and Holyfield have glass jaws as well? you. are. a. clown. yes you are.

don't forget that list now will you? i'll make you the whipping boy of the entire forum. chin, chin. :bbb

we would like to fight better fighters from America in the UK, but they are mostly scared. it's not our fault your country has the biggest amount of cowards is it?

the good ones that come here are mostly sent back all broken.

    Johnson vs Hamed
    Mcclellan vs Benn
    Robinson vs Turpin
    Lacy vs Calzaghe
    Sheika vs Calzaghe
    Mitchell vs Calzaghe
    Brewer vs Calzaghe
    Mccall vs Bruno
    Hoye vs Woods
    Philips vs Hatton
    Dirrell vs Froch
    Blocker vs Honeyghan
    Manley vs Marsh

this is off the top of my head. can't think of any more, but i'm sure others would like to bring some more Americans beaten on British soil to the table??

it would be a lot more but, you are *****. find your balls and some courage, then come and get beaten down like your fellow Americans.

Hatton beat more Americans than they did him. plus, they ripped him off over there with Cortez. Hatton was a small WW but still showed the courage to travel to his backyard being the smaller man. when will that ***** Floyd, who keeps on dodging everyone, take the same risk and show courage?

Froch beat more Americans than they did him. Ward held on all night like a good cheating little ***** he is. he never traveled like the rest of them in the super six because he's a coward. he cheated Kessler to gain the WBA, is a ****ing bore who nobody wants to watch and can't sell tickets...like most of the boring cheats over there can't. Froch will be remembered. Ward won't. because nobody gives a **** about him now. and if Froch hasn't been stopped in his career, how can he be a glass jawed fraud you idiot? :nut the same goes for Brook.

if Fury gets beat, it certainly won't be by your shower of shite. he's smacked two of your guys around already. he's bored of beating your trash. he actually wants a challenge.

Murray?? the fighter that hasn't really lost a fight yet? the one who actually beat Sturm and the main man at middle?? you complete idiot! i suppose he could have done as well as Willliams and got KTFO in two rounds hey? winning the fight means nothing. no, what you need to do is get sent out cold by one punch. :good

it was Ricky Burns who fought the puerto rican you donkey, not Murray.

Cunningham was a two time former cruiser champ who had just beaten the highly rated Adamek. Tyson traveled to do it as well. what do you expect in your 21st fight you clown? maybe he should fight the jokes that Arreola, Mitchell and Wilder fight? :rofl

how is Mitchell these days anyway? has he found his chin yet? Banks and his pillow fists sure took care of him didn't he?
    god you're an idiot.

you keep telling yourself that. you support the cheat who doesn't travel in Ward. the guy who fights (cheats) fighters that Joe has already gone through.

Hopkins, Michell, Brewer, Jones and Lacy are Joe's *****. :deal

Calzaghe has the legacy of bending Hopkins over like a lover. then ****ing him. Hopkins beats most that he's been in the ring with. but not Joe.

 more rubbish! Hatton wasn't knocked down you twat. and if a shoe lace comes undone in the ring, the ref will take you back to your corner when a lull in the action comes. pretty straight forward. although i can see why you struggle to comprehend.

    it's because you're stupid. :deal
