Why are Bernard and his nephew Demetrius not on speaking terms?

    not sure about the details but after DHOP pulled out of the Witter at the last minute fight GPB dropped him and Bhop kicked him out of his condo.

    maybe in resemblance since he is his nephew, but not in fighting skills. Bernard is great. Demetrius is barely a good fighter.

    and in body type as well. plus the way he moves around the ring and uses his legs and he has his fundamentals down as far as keeping his right hand up he can also roll with right hands like b-hop with the shoulder. offensively he just has to get it together. he has the physical tools for sure :good

    defensively demetrius has a good foundation. he has good balance always in position. uses his legs. Just needs to punch with a little bit more force and mix his punches up. he always uses straight punches I dont think ive seen him throw a meaningful uppercut

    They stopped talking, I believe Demetrius missed a payment and Nard kicked him and his son out.

    There was a large article on it a while back.

    There was an issue with the Witter fight - apparently he was unhappy with the $$$ he was getting, and said that things had to be right on the business side.

    He was then told that he ought to be grateful to be getting a shot at the champion, having not legitimately beaten anyone of note.

    He wouldn't listen, to GBP got rid.
