that's not what i am saying. I am saying that espn's friday night fights is on a par with our own version.
The match up are not always going to be competitive. The only difference with the set up is teddy atlas is a great analyst, and their studio set up is far more professional.
In terms of boxing quality, is is on a par with our own, which by the way isn't THAT bad

I watched the American friday fight night and it was quality in fairness..... But Scottish look how small this country is?! And look at how well we compete. Its you scotch *******s with the REALLYYY poor fighters in fairness. Ricky Hatton was and definately is a GREAT,GREAT fighter! It really pisses me off how he gets rubbished... American writer Suge Green said this site is full of hyprotical gamblers who probably hate on fighters for losing when theyve put money on them. He has a point!

Hatton beat mexican Jose Luis Castillo, Columbians - Maussa & Urango (both world champs), american Malignaggi (world champ), Tszyu (world champ) etc etc!! ****!

Amir Khan who im not a fan of, is as skilled as any fighter around at the moment.

Froch is mixing with the best 168 fighters around and winning! Get a rematch with KEssler and he wins!

Haye is a multiple weight world champ and obliterated everyone at Cruiser.

There just recent fighters who are top people in there division!

i think this is bollocks, we have produced amazing fighters but in the past when our society was poorer, tougher but also more rigid and disciplined. look at the poor areas now, what they call toughness is actually bravado, they dont know what discipline is, mental or physical, they do not struggle to eat, or have to fight to keep a roof over there heads. these are the conditions that breed top prizefighters. the skills and potential are there but not the nescesary social and economic climate ..............but there are always exceptions. keep your fingers crossed for another kid lewis!

yanks do the same they overrate their fighters look at their hyping of alexander and bradley as greats why both are pretty unproven(aslo look at the hw if the kilts were yanks they would be described as amazing).ricky was a great fighter not a technican or amazingly skillful fighter but the sport isn't just based on skill.ricky managed to twice be the champ at lww unfortunately peoples last memory of him is the pac fight
