I notice that some matchups--Ibeabuchi vs. some other top guy, Tyson vs. Marciano, Foreman vs. Tyson, Fitzsimmons vs. Greb, Louis vs. Foreman are discussed quite frequently. What is it about these matchups that is more intriguing to us than, say, Jimmy Young vs. Young Stribling? BONUS: Can you think of other matchups that pop up frequently, and guess why they are interesting as well?

It would be very interesting to watch, although it would be sleep-inducing to most boxing fans....the contrast in eras and careers between the two men is alone enough to encourage me to watch.

TBH this forum's obsession with fantasy fights is a curiosity to me. Not criticizing, just saying it's the most fantasy driven classic section i've ever been apart of.
