Because Brits are drunks and praise their fighters even when they hide behind their mother's aprons for ten years fighting bums. British nationalism is fanatic, as we saw with little Hatton when he finally came to America to get his overhyped ass whopped. If Calzaghe hadn't hidden out for 90% of his career, he would have been a KO stat on some real fighters resumes.

I suggest you stop making excuses. Frankly, it is unbecoming. The BEF was dispatched to help prevent what ultimately occurred, a Wehrmacht victory in the West.

Moreover, you didn't "run" simply because the French folded. Sure, the performance of the French and Belgians on the flanks of the British was not spectacular by any means, but the British launched an attack (in concert with the French) at Arras and were turned back.

I doesn't matter whether you consider the Soviet Union an ally or not, you moron. The fact remains, Britain did not fight against Germany exclusively from the Fall of France to Pearl Harbor because in June of 1941 the German war machine turned East and invaded the Soviet Union.

Or does the war in the East not rank in your history books?? :rofl

Have you never heard the old saying, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend?" The Soviet Union, however unwittingly, was a critical ally of to the Western powers, period.

I implore you to open a book and read how many German soldiers were killed on the Eastern Front at the hands of Soviet arms as opposed to in the West and at British arms.

Did you pay for the loss of the 115 American seaman who perished when U-562 sank the Reuben James?

We charged you? And?? What difference does that make?? And if we had said, "go **** yourself, we aren't doing **** for you no matter how much you pay unless you pay us in full right now"..... how long do you think Britain would have survived??? Or did I miss the part when you paid the bill in its entirety up front??

Furthermore, could you have survived if the United States had not built hundreds of merchant ships to keep the Atlantic supply line open, so you Brits could remain armed and fed?

    Well done, you *******.

So there were no British businessmen involved with Nazi Germany?? :rofl

In Iran, ummmm..... you Brits were up to your ****ing necks in the re-installing of the Shah in 1953.

Moreover, I suggest you look at your own legacy, particularly in the Middle East, before you began to cast aspersions on others for what did and didn't work out. You may also wish to look at the British legacy in the Balkans for yet another example of "things not working out exactly as planned."

Hell, the colony here in the States didn't exactly "work out as planned" for the British, eh??? :rofl:rofl:rofl

You guys couldnt even rid Castro on your own door step after multiple attempts, practically a 3rd world nation 90 miles off your coast and you could do **** all but watch and moan.

In order to recieve supplies from America during WWII as a part of the lease-lend deal we paid you $31 BILLION!! ($450 BILLION TODAY) with the condition that supply boats were protected otherwise we weren't going to buy your goods. No point in buying if 9/10 merchant vessels were sunk was there???

IT WAS IN AMERICAS BEST INTEREST TO PROTECT THE SHIPS OTHERWISE YOU WOULDN'T GET YOUR BILLIONS YOU ****ING MORON.:patsch:patsch
