Whats funny is the USA are colonial oppressors today and yet you call us on it. What you do now is no different to what we did, you have bases all over the wolrd, any leader democratically elected or not that isnt pro-usa you want rid off, in the late 70's or early 80's the the CIA were even trying to topple the PM of that horrible nation.....Australia. The US does not believe in democarcy, it believes in pro-american democracies and nothing else.

Now to the point....you claimed you could have stayed out of the Euro war? How? Even if you hadnt sent supplies across Japan would still have attacked you all the same, you would have declared war on Japan, and then Germany, as it did, would declare war on you. So my question is, how would you have stayed out of the euro war after the bombing of pearl harbour?

an accord with germany? hitler was going after you once he was finished with europe you dick. we could have been pussies too, and stuck an accord with hitler, remember, he didnt want anything to do with britain, infact he wanted us to be ok with each other....unlike the US, we didnt see the slaughter of people as nothing to worry about and declared war straight away, when we ourselves could have stayed neutral and did exactly as the usa did.

Yawn. Nice bob and weave on my question.

Back to the bases thing again, huh? Are you coming back for more after I utterly humiliated you and proved your hypocrisy on that issue in thread some months back? Do you never learn??

Let me say it again slowly, since you evidently failed to process the possibilities the first time around.

Imagine, for instance, that the United States struck an accord of mutual neutrality with Hitler in say, 1938. Imagine, further, that the US signed numerous trade/commercial pacts with Hitler prior to his invasion of Poland.

Under those circumstances, what makes you think Hitler would have declared war on the United States simply because Japan attacked Pearl Harbor? Maintaining a split in the Anglo-American alliance would trump honoring a paper agreement with Japan, would it not?

And i could do the same thing, Hitler wanted no war with britain, he extended his hand, we refused it, we could have made a pact with Germany ourselves, but once again, all ifs and buts. If you are happy jumping into bed with a man who had millions slaughtered thats your choice, we wernt, we decalred war the next day. So....shall we carry on with ifs and buts then?

It seems you are now making up scenarios to suit your argument, the question is, how do you stay out of a european war when the Germans declared war on you?

And just how would Hitler have gotten to the US, *******?? :rofl:rofl
He could scarcely project power across the Channel in force, you ****ing tool.

You asked how the States could have stayed out of the war. Your feeble mind couldn't envision a scenario in which we could have, and now your pissed because your ass just got waxed when I provided an example of how the States could have.

As for your staying neutral comment, I have exposed the stupidity of that comment on numerous earlier posts. Sadly, none of it seems to penetrate your dense, yet pasty, skull.

You didn't see the slaughter of people as nothing to worry about?? Since when? You sure as hell didn't mind slaughtering hundreds of Indians at Jallianwala Bagh in India a scant twenty or so years earlier. :rofl

hundreds.....many millions.....do you see a difference? youve killed more in Iraq this past year!

How would he get across? Well once britain was taken how the **** would you have got across? where would you have landed? exactly, so if britain had fallen, then their would be no north african conflict, they could easily sit back a year or two, get the production going and then cross to south america, please, i would love to know how the us would have fought germany had britain not been a place to land?

When did I say that Britian couldn't have avoided war with Nazi Germany? You are merely proving my point. War is not a fait accompli. It is the result of conscious decisions made and policies implemented by governments.

Again, spare me the moral preening. How many colonies did Britian possess at the time of its decision to declare war on Germany? How many native peoples in said colonies perished in opposition to British colonial rule prior to Britian's decision to declare war on Germany??

    :hi:
