I think what many of you people are missing here is the fact that Cotto cant FAKE his cut eye. He cant obviously cry to the ref and say "my eye! my eye!"...He just wiped the blood and changed gameplans. It's a visible injury that had visible consequences in his performance. He still pulled out the W like a champ.

Clottey on the other hand. Cries in agony over a BS injury to the ref AND his corner (something he did in the Margo fight...it was his knuckle that had a boo boo right?:yep:deal) only to be jumping around in the same ****in' round 30 seconds later. Clottey isnt stupid. He understood that the first round KD would cost him dearly on the scorecards, so hmm lemme see...I know...let's fake an injury to have a point taken away...then I'll be back in the running. He tried NUMEROUS times throughout the fight. Most of those injuries seemed setup. Clottey continually held Cotto's arm up until Cotto hit him in the back of the head from being swung around like that in an attempt to counter. Clottey also pushed Cotto's head down for the supposed "low blow".

And yes RayDumbass...I've boxed before. If your knee is ****ed, it would be quite hard to stand on it, let alone move around without a VISIBLE LIMP!...which Clottey didnt have. But knowing Clottey's big baby history (which was evident when he waved his finger like a ***** when he was being boo'd "Love me Love me...Im Jashewa Clottey!") he probably just bruised his knee.

Cotto would've done much better had it not been for that cut. The only effective punch that Clottey threw and landed that had no bearing because of the cut was the uppercut. Which he didnt quite throw as many as "THE STRAFFING RIGHT HAND!" which was aimed at Cotto's blind eye.

No one here is making excuses, just opening perspectives on something THAT IS CLEAR AS ****IN' DAY...and not as unknown as Clottey's knee injury. It's a point that needs to be seriously taken into consideration before saying that Cotto is shot. Cotto is damaged goods. Cotto would get KO'd by Pac. :blabla

What a shock. This post is from a biased Cotto fan. Go figure. Ok you're a boxer? A professional one? Have you had your front body fell right on the mat before? If so there wouldn't be a chance of an knee injury? Good thing your a so called boxer cause you know whats fake or not lol.

You still didn't answer my question. I'll ask again this time differently, have you had your knee injured while it happen by falling very hard front first on the mat before? Honestly varg with no bs.
