Why are guys like Usyk and Bredis HIDING at cruiserweight?

    These guys apparently walk through the heavyweight division yet decided to hide south of the 200lb border

    Why?

    Usyk and Gassiev are moving up soon. Usyk seems like he's tired of the weight cut and honestly after the winner becomes (practically) undisputed there isn't much left for them at CW.

    They entered the WBSS to fight the best, and will be fighting each other next. I don't see how either can be criticized.

    Now if the winner hung around at cruiser for too long afterwards you'd have a point, but they both plan to move up straightaway.

    Cause they are scared of Dillian Whyte, we know that. Everybody's scared of Dillian Whyte after his shocking wins over peak, fast, skilled HWs Robert Helenius and Lucas Browne

    It's a good nursery for heavyweights if you can make 200lb. Less risk and brings you along quicker. A couple of wins at hw and both will be in top 10.

    Briedas has fought at HW sparked out Charr despite being out weighed by about 40 pounds .Excellent performance.

    Usyk will move up, didnt avoid the Super heavy's in Amateur doubt hes gonna avoid them as a pro. Gassiev, i would like to see him clean up Cruiser before he joins the big league. Hes young enough to conquer Cruiser before hes 27 and still move up and mix it with the Heavyweights.

    I think Usyk takes a razor close decision, Gassiev vs Usyk ll will most likely be at Heavyweight and potentially have a Heavyweight belt on the line in the next 3 years.

    Why couldn't any of the 35 HWs Diamond Boy has fought do this to him? Briedis euthanized him out cold on his face with CW Level uppercut in biblical fashion like your account got euthanized :lol:

    Why couldn't any of the 25 HWs AJ has fought take him to slick school but CW leprechaun Usyk not only did but hurt and nearly stopped him too. Fat Andy weighed 268lbs and had over 20lbs on AJ, and almost 50lbs on Usyk, all of it super fat. Imagine what a 240-247lb Usyk would've done to AJ and the HW division. He would've sparked him out cold with a jab and a 268lb Usyk would be unbeatable.
