If someone is taking steroids, they do not say, "I cannot tell you what I am taking it's a secret," because then that creates suspicion that they are taking steroids.

Someone on roids is always afraid of people finding out, so they do whatever they can to hide it, not create suspicion.

Manny is not worried about suspicion because HE KNOWS HE ISN'T TAKING STEROIDS.
