Floydboys get so defensive and hurt when someone says anything slightly negative about Floyd, Yet they say Floyd is a genius for playing the villain role because it results in more drawing power, everyone tunes in because they want to see him lose correct? But isn't being hated on the purpose of the role he has taken?
Dont get it twisted son i dont love my fav fighters like you and some of the floydtoys love fraud you guys act like you wanna have his babies .
It's a case of two seperate hates. If you don't like him because of his personality and the way he tries to hype a fight playing a villian, than fair enough. But don't go belittering the ability and resume of a great fighter.
I cant understand why they get so emotional when someone says anything remotely bad about a guy that doesnt even know they exist.
Not too many people belittle his ability, it's his resume or lack of that has been pointed out ad-nauseaum! I'll say again, and again, this has been pointed out millions of time: Floyd's skills are amazing, his resume at 130 was excellent, at 135 was OK, 140 and above too mediocre for a guy who wants to be considered a high-ranking ATG and "better than Sugar Ray"atsch Now I doubt all these flaming wars would even take place if the Floydettes even bothered to be semi-objective about his career!
because deep down they knew the truth - that beneath the facade of talent against overmatched handpicked opponents, floyd is a fraud and actually is fearful of getting brutalized by Cotto, Margarito, Mosley and now Pacquiao. and they just cant handle the truth. take note of floyd's excuses to duck Pacquiao next. you can sense he has total reluctance to the idea of ever meeting Pac. Pac and Roach are the ones hunting floyd, and floyd is already laying the groundwork for the upcoming epic duck of all dodges.
The guy will never be better than Sugar Ray and you and I both know that. So don't belittle his resume because it doesn't match up to Sugar Ray's. Not many fighter's have a resume to compare to SRR. But look at his career and what's he's achieved from a normal stand-point. He's won titles from 130-154. He's beaten guys like Corrales, Castillo, De La Hoya, Hatton, soon maybe JMM, Judah, Chavez, Hernandez etc. He's got a solid resume and he's achieved a lot. I'm not a Floyd 'lover' by any ****ing means. He's not immune to criticism that I know. But I feel like it's my duty to try and restore some balance, and I give a great fighter his props for what he's achieved. This is another case in Shane of an out and out hater that'll never give Floyd his props no matter what he does. JMM is too small and past his best. Everybody wants him to fight Pacman, but if he does and beats him, Pac is too small. Everybody wants to see him fight the other 147 champions, if he beats Cotto - he already lost to Margo, if he beats Mosley - he's old and past his best.
