Why are people disappointed about Jones vs Calzaghe?

    My thoughts exactly. Roy fans are still living in the past. Don't let the Trinidad fight fool you... that was against an old, inactive welterweight fighting 20 pounds above his prime weight. RJJ can no longer fight a full 12 rounds and maintain a high workrate.

    Roy Jones is now 39 years old and it shows... but his fans think age ain't nothing but a number.

    Calzaghe will simply outwork Jones to a decision.

    Calzaghe Vs. Williams or Pavlik Vs. Williams would be interesting.

    Yeah I guess that Calzaghe being 30 pounds bigger wouldnt be a factor in a fight vs Williams.....What a Moron:-(

    i am not disappointed with this fight.it would be a better fight than pavlik v calz.
    and i think pavlik v kessler would be a top fight if they can get that on.and it will show if pavlik would have really had a chance at calz.

    The biggest challenge for Calzaghe with this potential fight will be keeping a straight face while selling this fight to the boxing public.

    I think he's up to the task.
