Right then you realize Mike Tyson fought far superior opponents than AJ and the ones like Tony Tucker who went 12 rounds with him were better than fat Joseph Parker.

Lol George Foreman was 6'3 1/2 and 230 in shape. Parker is 6'4 240 out of shape. Yeah Parker is so much more massive than Foreman. Also Foreman was slow and lumbering? Let me guess you just watched the Ali fight and assume that is how Foreman fought all the time? Foreman was far quicker and more skilled than Parker.

There is no nostalgia. People like you are just come confused to what they are watching. You assume fat is the same thing as being big. You will pick and choose to prove your point. You will say most heavyweights back where small to prove your point. Then you will dismiss the 50 plus heavyweights who were 6'3 to 6'6 to prove your point. The fact that you think Parker was bigger than Foreman pretty much shows how limited your boxing knowledge is.

The Austin, TX TV sportscaster referred to AJ's effort as "Mirage Boxing".

Haters are going to hate regardless of what happens. There are enough idiots on this forum to make sure they pepper the boards with their worthless, biased and frankly self-embarrassing opinions over what 'AJ should do' or how he is 'a bum' parker is a 'bum' etc etc.

Its most comparable to his 12 rounds against Haye and people were praising Wlad for that performance at the time.
Imo Joshua's performance was better since he kept the front foot guy on the backfoot with minor instances of holding whereas Wlad excessively held and leaned on Haye who is naturally a backfoot fighter. The ref took a point off him for the leaning and he took more flush power punches as well , even getting rocked in the 12th.
Parker could barely touch AJ and is a better more proven fighter at HW , so thats why i think his performance was better.

Nothing against AJ but I do have an issue with the Ref who had to have been told to act like that, never seen anything like it,not allowing em to fight inside.
Froch said he wished he’d had that Ref when he fought Ward lol
