i dont get why so many people are disrespecting floyd, its probably because there jealous. and why does he have to fight margarito he would completely out class him similar to baldamir. He dont need to prove nothing no more just let him be retired the only fight i would be interested in seeing him in is against pac. to many fighters go on to long floyd retired at his peak, yeah he probably has some more years left in him but he doesnt need to keep proving hes number 1 time and time again.
he doesn't have to fight Margarito. But seriously he would not outclass him. PBF is too small for Margo. Margo would knock Baldomir and Judah out in about 6 rounds, and would probably have Floyd so defensive that he would barely throw a punch especially after the first few rounds. and I don't think Floyd had that many years left in him. His body was already breaking down and he doesn't even have 40 pro fights. Floyd is a great fighter but he couldn't have hung in there with the real big guys. Judah and Baldomir where outclassed sure but really good fighters at 147? nah. Floyd vs Pac is a good fight. A year or 2 ago you would get laughed at for even mentioning this fight, thats how much smaller Pacquiao was. Now he has moved up 3 division in 9 months so the fight makes more sense but I think he is still too small for PBF at 147. anyways i don't hate on Floyd. I just tell it how i see it. I'm a fan of the guy
He wouldn't knock Baldo out. Baldo has a great chin like margo does. He took bombs from Forrest at 154 and he hits harder than Margo does and he didn't stop him or even back him up:deal. He might beat Baldo but no way in hell does he stop him. I agree he stops Zab who can't handle pressure.
PBF is a very good fighter. I would say he can claim he is the best. The only reason wrong with PBF is that he's really not stepping up to his competition. 130 and 135 you can say he pretty much took care of business but 140 and 147 he hasn't proof that he is the best. You see he calls himself the best ever and that's where it all comes to play. All the great like Leanord and Robinson and so on all stupped up to top level competition that's why they are call great. Mayweather probably has the best skill of them all but he hasn't proof tht he's the greatest.
Margarito would wear him down with a lot of punshiment body and head either he quit's or someone stop's the fight less then 7 round's Carlos style is all wrong for Margarito.
floyd will fight many more times he is broke already. He will loose many times to ordinary fighters because even in his prime he ran from the best fighters. He will be forced to fight them in the future to get the money he thinks he is worth.
I think mayweather is most hated for his flamboyant personality plus some think that castillo really beat him but any sane and balanced boxing fan will admit that as a fighter, floyd is great
