Why are people screaming for Pavlik V Calzaghe, and not Dawson V Calzaghe?

Due to hype. Dawson is for some odd reason not hyped up. And yes, it will be a much harder fight.

Dawson is an overhyped media creation. He's already been exposed IMO by Johnson but Tarvers gonna stop him.

 

dawson is OVERHYPED trust me
and it would be a bigger event plus, more entertaining (joe v pavlik)
and yes the road warrior got cheated out of the title which is a real shame and it is the reason i dislike chad dawson because the least he could of done was give the old man a rematch

 

Cuz he didn't spend months calling Dawson out would be my guess. People here want Joe to backup his mouth or shut up. He does neither.

1- Cause Dawson struggled to get past Glen Johnson
2- Cause Pavlik is a knockout artist
3- Cause Dawson doesn't like to slug it out
4- Cause Calzaghe beat Hopkins, Taylor beat Hopkins, Pavlik beat Taylor, Pavlik is fighting Hopkins. That makes for interest.

 

A lot of people are probably nervous because Glenn Johnson (who gives everyone a tough fight) took Dawson to the limit a while ago.

After he puts on a masterclass against Milk Dud, they'll come flocking back onto the bandwagon.
