because he is a cuban fighter and everyone knows cubans are well schooled techincal boxers and very athletic. he came up on the cuba team with rigodeaux, gamboa, solis and gomez. so he is highly touted and i think rightfully so, i do believe him and canelo are 2 best fighters at 154 right now. those 2 can beat anyone else in that divison so its only right that they fight.
congrats to canelo for daring to be great :bbb

And that "bum" devoured the "bum" (Angulo) that had Lara badly hurt throughout their whole fight.

you cant deny the skills cus its right there. after the pual williams win (he got robbed) i started to take notice. you cant deny hes one of the top guys at JMW he has proved that and got thru adversity in the ring when in trouble stayed composed and still got the job done. My fave boxer at 154 hands down.

FYI Rigo made Nonito look lost in there it was a masterpiece by a master class boxer. if you know what your looking at in that fight it wasnt a sleeper its was beautiful

not going to be a easy win i consider the canelo fight 50/50 gotta take my boy Lara he earned it.

He truly embarrassed Trout . He schooled him worse than Floyd did Canelo .

Because he can punch the other man in the head really well and is really good at not getting punched in the head by the other man as much as he can punch the other man in the head. Sometimes in his belly as well but not always.

Source: I have been watching boxing since Mayweather beat that Maidofhonour guy.

Because Lara is talented , and has a difficult style to deal with , of course hes not unbeatable (No fighter is) .

But I give him credit , hes a respectable fighter . Although I will never be a fan of his .
