Why are the british media afraid to call Haye a coward?

Watching Bunce and the rest of the Sky team lick haye's nuts every time he comes out with his nonsensical drivel is infuriating. Surely, there is an objective outlet in the UK media which has given Haye a shellacking for his disgraceful comments and actions? Does the UK public so quickly forget the debacle that was Haye/Harrison? Or Haye vs a 40 year old Ruiz before that?

At least in the U.S. the media has clearly come down harshly on Mayweather for his acts of cowardice. Is there any objective reporting source the UK calling a spade a spade?

You make a pretty good point. I am somewhat amazed that the Brit fans in general seemingly fall for Haye's BS continuosly. Isn't Haye he same guy that talked himself into a title fight vs VK only to pull out with some mysterious injury, then won a close, controversial decision over the Russian Olf, then backed out of a fight with WK to fight legendary ***** A-***? Now that the fight date is not to his satisfaction, he throws a fit, states that WK is the problem. All the while the Brit fans eat this **** up. I will give Haye credit for being a PR master, he keeps himself in the spotlight (at least in Britain) with his BS.

haye is worried wlad wont be ready after 2 months with a guy who is 14-0?

a bunch of pussys this new breed of "champions" are.....haye should want him to be tired or or whatever coming in...but his bigger fear is wlad wont be rusty...thus not wanting him to have a fight beofre july....haye is a ***, and im glad hes british

Wait til Palin gets voted in, you ain't seen nothin' yet. At any rate, what really gets my tits is how Haye came to be considered a legitimate contender in the first place. Forget about how he talked himself into the fights with the Klits (Which is also undeniably true), but rather WHO he beat to be considered the premier Cruiser in the world at that point. None other than Enzo ****in' McCarinelli. If that was Haye's claim to legitimacy at 190lbs, then Frenkel, Lebedev and Afolabi have every bit as much of a right to go after the HW title.

It's such a relief knowing the heavyweight division will be saved before October of this year!

The Brits have never demanded anything special from their boxers. Their only demands is that they have time to guzzle 8-10 pints before the beginning of round two. Remember, they never called the hype job Calzaghe out on his bum fighting ways.
