3 or 2 ? he missed weight for some BS title then made weight the next time. Rios missed weight then missed weight again. He knew he should have never been at the weight after the first time. We all saw how Rios looked. These guys camps are at fault as well. But again who is defending Broner for missing weight? Pretty much everybody I have seen said it was unprofessional including me
Monitor me all you want, as I've stated before Canelo/Lopez is a terrible fight. But at least they'll make weight :hi:
Broner missed weight as a 135 lb'er Broner missed weight fighting Friday for 130 Then missed weight again Saturday coming in 3 lbs over the re-negotiated weight of 140. Count it up.
Lopez sure as hell doesn't have to worry about making weight... He can eat a camel and still come in under:rofl "At least they'll make weight"atschrofl:nut That's the kind of **** a ***** would say just to have the last world..
Amen. You have people bitching that "Rios didn't get it as bad as Broner did" or vice versa...bull**** the situations aren't even comparable. Not only did Rios get **** on for not making weight, but he got **** on for celebrating a robbery victory, but to Team Mexican Warrior, it was "Abril was boring, he deserved to be robbed," and "Rios was moving up anyways." Not only is Broner being **** on for being overweight, but he's being **** on for his childish and unprofessional behavior about the entire situation, but to Team Slick and Black it's, "3.5 ****in pounds big deal Esco woulda lost anyways," or "Broner a G." People just wanna whine when a fighter they like is being ripped on for something they did to themselves.
Still missed weight 3 ****ing times. I actually like Rios a lot less than I like Broner as well. But that don't mean I'll be buying their PPVs
Guzman was ripped big time for that. His career still hasn't recovered. However, he was the benefactor of a controversial decision in that fight, and that became the focal point after the fight.
:deal Thats true. I'm a Broner fan, but really Escobedo knew on even terms he'd get whipped, but accepted to fight Broner who looked 1 or 2 divisions bigger. Abril looked bigger than Rios. Either way Broner should have apologized instead he using excuse he still growing. Escobedo could of not accepted, but he was a G for accepting anyways. Took an extra beating, but took the extra money. Broner wouldn't like it if the tables were turned.
