Why are the higher weight divisions more populated with Eastern Euros at the top?

PED's give you an edge in performance, yes it does make you a more effective boxer :deal Guillermo Jones filled out his frame, which is why he was able to move multiple weight classes. Lebedev started out fighting people his own size. You are supporting a PED cheat :patsch

He got beat by a roided 40 year old. :yep He is a PED cheat, stop supporting him  A roided up Jones beating Lebedev does not signify he can beat the other top cruisers in the division.

Because Kovalev's a beast that's why.

It's kind of like the double Klitscko fiasco at HW. Nobody knew who was the better fighter, it would of been a 50/50 fight.

Stevenson hold's the title though, and Duva is ducking the fight. Until then, Stevenson is the best LHW.

They train smarter/harder - end of story
Swimming is big because it increases cardio without stressing joints, and builds good fast-twitch muscles. Also yoga for flexibilty. Americans are stuck in the old ways - "Adrian!!"

Also they have a long and prestigious history of using PED's

No, he was very good in his prime and I don't take it away from him, but in this picture, you can see he's every bit as big as Shannon Briggs.

Yes, he is on PEDs and so is every Russian amateur, including Lebedev. They don't get to say "no" or they don't fight, or run, or walk, or anything else. This is not "Evan Fields" getting some juice from his cousin at the gym, this is a government sanctioned program with the country's best scientists that makes fundemental changes in their bodies when they are still in their growth stage.

http://www.themoscowtimes.com/article.php?id=515199

Case in point, look at these two gentleman and the midgets they have for parents:

I'm not hating, they have the government system that will do anything to win, we don't get subsidized by the govt. and that is just what it is. But all this "Guillermo Jones was cheating but Lebedev isn't" stuff just makes guys here sound like idiots.

This scandal involved the Russian track and field squad, this has nothing to do with boxing. Similar to the Balco or Lance Armstrong debacle. Also they could not find any evidence to support bribery in Russian track and field. Also no, Eastern Europeans are NOT forced to dope, the only nation that has forced their athletes to dope was East Germany, and that nation no longer exists :deal Eastern European countries do not force their athletes to cheat. Ukrainians are generally tall, thus if both parents come out short, their offspring will regress to the height which is the norm. Wlad and Vitali are simply variations of their parents genetics. You can have short parents, but come out taller than both, has to do with genetics and variation. Similar to how dumb parents can create smart children. :deal Sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about. You are probably still under the misconception that Eastern Europeans are experimented on and tormented by their government, talk about delusions :-(

How dumb must you be, to say that Eastern European boxers are experiments (freaks) created in labs, you are one pathetic moron. Tell Beterbiev how he was an Eastern European experiment

And how tall are you, again? I'm talking science here, not BS.

PEDs have little influence in boxing. Just visit a night club, watch fat ppl that have never seen a gym form the inside in their lives dancing for five hours straight then go home and watch a random Mayweather fight.
Ppl can jump around with music in the background for hours because they're relaxed and enjoy it. Obviously the same ppl wouldn't get the same emotions while standing in a ring with the spotlight on and someone in front of them, that tries to punch their face. so they couldn't nearly perform as well as they do in a club every weekend but get tired after a minute because of the stress alone they feel and that drains them. the brain is the most energy consuming organ, if you can't handle it and it ultimately decides who wins the fight
The big advantage Eastern Euros got is that they're coming from a society that isn't nearly as much influenced by feminism and all that other unnatural western bull**** that there is and boxing starts picturing that. Their woman are more feminine too and and don't look like men, their men don't grow up with stupid media telling them theres something wrong about showing the masculine energy that they've got. you don't see em pussing around like all those brainwashed American wangsters that try acting bad, they feel it and get along with it.
That doesn't mean there won't be some individual standout American fighters here and there in the future but not nearly as many as there were in the past.

Vitali has said the doctor gave him steroids to heal an injury. Everyone knows this by now, this was before his professional career began  He was clean ever since.

You are making up your own conclusions, Eastern Europeans are not lab experiments you  Sometimes short parents have tall children, sometimes smart parents have dumb children. It is called genetic variation.
