Why are the lower weight classes getting so tall?

    If Donaire's a true warrior, he'll go to 135 and fight Marquez instead of picking fights with those 5'2" bantamweights.

    Thats true a lot of the really tall guys are young and move up.

    Guys like Corrales, Khan ect moved up. Khan will eventually go to 147.

    Yeah I think it has to do with guys cutting more weight than in the past, they have gotten better at it over time. I mean every top fighter nowdays has a conditioning coach in addition to their boxing coach.
