Why are the Top Rank undercards so horrible?

    At least most Floyd Mayweather cards have stacked undercards, just look at Garcia-Matthysse etc.

    TR undercards for Pac/Bradley 2 may not be up there in name but they are good fights imo. They could do better though..

    Because arum says people don't care about it. I do though as do many hardcore fans. I fell asleep after Vargas fight but luckily woke up in time for PAC brad
