Why are they saying Bellew Cleverly is a mismatch?

as i start to think about the fight more and more, i think bellews chance is better each time.

clev is just not as good as people think.

im starting to think this could be easy for bellew

il be having a big bet on him anyway

 

Because Cleverly is a level above Bellew

 

Clev wide UD, doubt of a knockdown, but Clev's workrate will be too good and uphill task for Bellew.

 

Were'nt you going on and on a few months ago about Clev being levels above Bomber?

 

Back when Bellew was with Farnell I said it was a mismatch. Indeed the Bellew who fought Ajisafe or McKenzie 1 would be beaten by Clev. But he actually has a defence now (rather than a poor imitation of floyd mayweather) and I think he has changed his "I'm the biggest puncher ever" mentality and has become more realistic about his game and ability.

I think he has the ability to improve but wish he would get decent training. I think the mistake he made in life was knocking up a bird when he was too young. Now he can't go abroad for the highest quality of training available. I don't think people should have kids until they have achieved their dream in life, whether that is becoming a doctor/lawyer/teacher or heavyweight champ.

However, back on topic I think Bellew has the power to hurt Clev and has developed a decent defence now to cope with Clevs shots. Ultimately I think he will land too often and get Clev out of there.
