man do you receive money for repeating these garbage again and again?

you know exactly the difference between a big ppv event with huge money involved compared to a fight where nobody knows who ward is INCLUDING the oakland natives.

stop answering in threads if you not seriously intersted in a decent dialoge

Uh. Yeah he can. Those are his two goals. He can have it both ways. Which ever is offered is the one he'll take; however, unification will always trump a PPV fight. That's first priority.

    Emphasis on **Was**

Ward is no longer a draw. Reason why GGG's team says the best thing for Ward to do is shut up and make some fights to build his brand again.

Little G fans are so predictable.... Its ok for GGG to call out a WW in Floyd because they hate him, but they'd rather Ward fight Kovalev instead of GGG because they're scared their God will get exposed to the world... These fans are a very Gloomey bunch i must say.:patsch:verysad

A fight with Ward has no effect on his standing at 160 win or lose, the 2 biggest fights moneywise GGG can make are the Cotto-Alvarez winner or Ward. This same thing was said when I suggested on this forum that GGG should fight Rubio for the intriem Title, why should he give up his belt and blah, blah, blah 1 fight at SMW won't change where he is at MW.

The argument that Ward isn't a draw doesn't really hold much water when your talking about Monres and Lemieux and Lees ect..one only one fight out there makes more than a Ward fight.

What I don't get is why do fans act like one will effect the other? People try to act like they don't know who Ward is but there is a reason all it took was for him to be active to regain a P4P ranking. The level of comp GGGs been facing isn't all that much better than Wards 2 tune ups. If Wards tuneup opponents were a 5 the average GGG opponent is a 5.5/6 out of 10, the difference one has wins to back it up imo.

what's the point in fighting a guy who haven't done anything for boxing in 4 years. Ward should start fighting live corpses then came back and beg for a piece of pie. His boat has long sail, since he ducked Bute and drained Dawson, easy fights that would have risen his stock higher than mayweather.

I'm more of a Krusher fan than Ward but this argument is weak, Wards tune up opponents are on about the same level as GGGs regular opponents. He's trying to fight the most hyped guy out there right now... Technically isn't that trying to do something relavant?

Actually no it wouldn't. A GGG/Ward fight wouldn't even do above 500K buys, imo. And when you constitute how much Ward would be asking (like he's asking 50/50) then it wouldn't be as much as you're thinking. Golovkin has said himself that their fight needs to time for business. They want it to be a big fight. It's not a big fight financially right now. It could be huge, but it's not right now. As GGG said, "People forgot him [Ward]."

And with Canelo/Cotto being WAY bigger than Ward and literally potentially his next fight, then his focus is 100% on that and not Ward.

Yeah, I'm talking about the Lemieux's and Lee's because they're unification, which is above PPV in GGG's eyes. Canelo/Cotto winner is biggest PPV and biggest unification. It's the lottery outside of Mayweather. All of GGG's focus is on that. And it's literally at his fingertips!!! Until Ward can present something that's bigger than that opportunity then Golovkin will stay focused on them- and rightfully so.

I don't get any money. The fact is you're fine with GGG trying to get these fights at 168 with Froch and JCC Jr but are full of excuses as to why he won't fight Ward there who's better than both and would do more for his legacy and would get a nice payday. Just admit you think GGG loses to Ward and you rather not see that happen and move on. All that other stuff you're talking about is bull**** because if you felt Ward was easy work you'd be calling for the fight just like GGG fans were calling for him to fight JCC Jr. and Froch.:deal Be real with yourself first quit making excuses like I'm off base because you're not fooling anybody here.:hi:

Nobody is against Ward / GGG. I would love to see this fight. However, I can't blame Golovkin for going after a title fight and his first PPV at his natural weight rather than splitting hairs with a diva who is going to earn him less. Cotto/Canelo winner is the next logical step after that and will be a huge money fight. If, after that, Ward can still make 168, they should do it. That's a true legacy fight. For both, really.

    Froch + JCC = BIG $$$
    Ward = little $$$

    It's painfully obvious.

That said I agree Ward is harder than the other two and would be a bigger legacy fight. I believe we will still see it.

But Lemieux Murray, Monroe Jr, Rubio are?:rofl:lol: GGG would get more money facing Ward than he will fighting Lemieux period. He would also get the chance to finally in 34 fights to face and elite fighter win lose or draw he comes out looking better fighting Ward than anyone else in the sport today. That can't be refuted so miss me with that other ****.:hi:
