between a 38 year oldie and a prime fighter, who is the goat?? why would expect that match to give you that answer.
Of course people wanted to see the rematch but that would have been a bonus. Level minded folk accept that an ATG decided to hang them up while still at the top. The rest throw their toys out the pram and stomp about websites like petulant children.
I did consider that Wlad may start to decline and that he may not have taken the upcoming fight as seriously as he took for example Haye.. Both Wlad and Lewis has imo looked their best around 240-245(A little more a little less maybe) 250 is a bit off, 256(Lennox Lewis' fight weight against Vitali) is out of shape
DUDe, Lewis was still just as prime as ever. . . He was at the best point in his career - redeeming getting his ass knocked the **** out by Rahman, and beating Mike Tyson, and setting PPV records. . . He was on top of the world. . He expected Rahman to give him a rematch, but ohhh noo, he was MORE THAN HAPPY to accept his "win."
Sick of ****ing hearing the same bollocks about how Vitali was winning and Lewis cheated or bitched out, etc. Solis was winning that match until Vitali got lucky when Solis's knee gave out. Where's Solis's rematch? Guess Vitali is gonna ***** out and retire... See? Everyone can make **** up.
It's just as a real boxing fan, I don't condone bitchass-edness. . . I don't expect my fistic colleagues to either. . It's not in the best interest of our beloved pugilism. . .
Face like a train wreck, TKO6 forever :deal. I know it's been 9 years, but it really is never too late for people to accept it.
Heart like a coward, and CHIN LIKE A glassy *****. . . BITCHED OUT RETIREMENT forever . . . It's been 9 years, and Lewis still is a HOE CAKE. . . Deal with it. . . :yep
cos it was a win, clearly because vitali sacrificed the fight by going for broke in the early rounds. if he hadnt gone for broke, he'd have not had a slim lead. but going for broke meant him losing an eye. He lost both ways, against the worst Lewis ever, one step from retirement. rahmans was a lucky punch, conclusively proved in rematch.
