Why aren't we chasing Comm. titles any longer?

The problem is local fighters have problems fighting hard fights over here in ther own country,they go for the lure of some abc belt against a bum for some abc affiliated ranking and then claim that their real world champs.the commomwealth title is too much to work for nowerdays and promoters want to look like there promoting world title fights every promotion.It just a bit of a mess right now.Don't really have an answer for yous to fix the problem;maybe compulsory matchup's run by an overiding organisation?Who knows!
