Why Bellew doesn't talk about fighting Usyk?

Usyk is best in the CW division. It seems Bellew doesn't want to beat the top and knows that he would get clowned by Usyk. Instead now he's talking about fighting carnival man David Haye.

Bellew would get KTFO'd by both Haye and Usyk. Haye fight just makes more $$$$.

Because he would get clowned, it's that simple. He would get paid peanuts for that fight compared to a Haye, which is why he's trying to cash out.

Bellend gets beat off all top ranked cruiserweights, let alone former heavyweight champion David Haye, Haye would absolutely murder Bellend, the tramp will be put out of his misery in 30 seconds flat.

Being a fellow Evertonian I like Bellew but even I think Usyk would take him to school and beat him badly.

Bellew has done well so get as far as he has done but it's clear he's looking to cash out against Haye and I can't really blame him for trying that.

Usyk is a no-money fight. Haye brings money. Both knock Bellew from pillar to post, but Haye at least pays millions in cash. Usyk not so much.

Basically you just answered your own question.
Him getting ko'd by Haye is more lucrative than getting ko'd by Usyk.

Haye is next at HW... After getting brutally KO'd he'll drop back down and attempt to defend his titles, maybe another pushover like Flores and then a unification where he gets KO'd again.

bellew would get torn to pieces by usyk

since moving to cruiserweight, bellew has adapted a technique of planting he's feet and swinging for the fences trying to get everything into every shot, usyk will move and box he's ears off until he lands a meaty blow and ends the show in style
