Why BHOP will own Chad tonight!

People are hyping up Dawson because he body slammed hopkins and honestly I dont want to make a prediction because you never know when Bhop will show his age

But if I had to based on what I know of Hopkins, i say he wins a close ugly decision

 

great post. steward felt it was 50/50 for the first fight and favors dawson slightly in the rematch.

dawson was on serious ***** street in the 10th against johnson and i could see that happening tonight after everyone has been teling him his going to destroy hopkins.

 

This is the end of the road for the Executioner ..He just doesn't do well with guys that have the word Bad in their nick names

I always did feel Chad is not the strongest mentally compared to other tough fighters and tries to prove how tough he is. He is expending a lot of energy this time in the prefight stuff. I don't know if it is show or if he really feels 2 rounds where he threw Hopkins down proved something. If Chad is good he will win a UD. But even when Hopkins loses decisions he comes back and fights. He will always fight until he is knocked out by someone. After Taylor he fought on and after Calzaghe he fought on.

 

I can only hope that Bernard wins.
If Dawson wins it means theres not much for me to watch in the LHW division.
Dawson is so amazingly boring to watch for me (no passion whatsoever) i don't even like watching him lose.

Hopkins looked awful vs Pascal til Pascal shut down

after that fight i said Hopkins was ripe to lose and was gonna lose Dawson 1, by the circumstances we never saw a good end

Hopkins is off a lay off, is older, slower, and etc

Dawson is prime, angry, motivated, determined and already has been in the ring with hopkins enough to remove those sorts of nerves

ppl on here say Dawson is out psyched and mentally shows weakness

I dont think so if anything Dawson pushing Hopkins out of clinches shows he is not a Pascal or anyother fighter who allowed themselves to be bullied or man handled

Dawson isnt taking Hopkins **** and unlike Pascal will not gas or tire and has a much higher work rate

Dawson work rate will put Hopkins in trouble much like Taylor and Joes work rate gave him trouble

Unless Dawson turns in as bad of a performance as he did vs Pascal he is gonna win

Nice thought out post but I see Dawson winning a UD! Too Fluid, Too fast, Too young, Too technical, Too good!
