If promoters really cared about boxing, they would stop competeing to see who's card is going to get more hits than the other. Example: David Haye and John Ruiz is fighting the same night/day that Jones/Hopkins 2 is. Why? Why do that? If you want the MOST possible viewing for your telecast, select another damn day! Most boxing fans will watch the free televised fight giving the fact that Haye will finally retire Ruiz (let's hope so) than paying 50 smacks to watch a boring well placed beating Hopkins will do to Roy. Hypothetically, if I were CEO of boixng, I would govern how fights are being scheduled and televised on the same night to make the most reveue possible, to help the sport flurish since it's having it's down moments for now.
Isn't the Haye fight in England? Isn't the RJJ/Hopkins fight in the US? You are aware of the difference in time zones?
You have got a massive market to aim for in the UK, just put it on tape delay like the Klitschko-Johnson fight (granted not the best fight in the world) and put on before the Televised undercard or after the main event
just download the and watch them all :happy start with SHowtime though, cause HBO starts later and usually spoils the showtime card
