Why can Cotto beat PBF?

Cotto will try and he will fail like everyone else. PBF is just too good and at the top of his game right now.

 

If Floyd takes two years off like he says he will, then his speed and reflexes might not be there. He won't be as sharp, and he'll be pushing 33. I could see Cotto beating this version of Mayweather.

cotto is the best welterweight other then floyd inthe world and for exactly that reason we r not gona see this fight! floyd does not have any interest at all in fighting cotto or margarito or williams, which just happened to be( major coincidence ) the only fighters in the world that might b able to beat him. floyd is, was, and always will b a low risk high reward fighter. he wants the most mula with the least possible risk.
